About LeanBudget

LeanBudget is a personal finance / budgeting app for iPhone. Contact: info@leanbudget.ch.

Pricing & Purchases

  • Free tier available.
  • In-app purchases: Monthly Subscription, Yearly Subscription, and Lifetime Unlock.
  • Optional 7-day free trial (where offered) before the first subscription billing.
  • Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage entitlements.

Auto-renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings on your device or via App Store account settings.
  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Trials, Billing & Refunds

  • If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically and the payment method on file will be charged by Apple.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

LeanBudget provides budgeting tools and visualizations for informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the current billing period. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations—those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Eligibility

The app is suitable for all ages. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should review purchases and device settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive venue is Zürich, Switzerland.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and may announce changes in the app or on the website.
